Looking For A Ukulele Instructor Near You?
Look No Further than the Jenison Academy of Music!
(Ages 5 & Up)
Overview
We teach folk, country, reggae, rock-n-roll, and classical ukulele styles. Beginners practice on chords, simple songs and melodies, sight-reading and theory. At each lesson our instructors aim to not only challenge our students but also provide them with a fun experience. They so do by arranging a new technical and music theory at each lesson and closing lessons with the student’s favorite song or riff. Our teachers employ a variety of ukulele method books chosen based on the student’s desires and needs. We also encourage bringing personal smartphones, iPods, and CDs to lessons. This allows students to master their favorite tunes.
