Overview
Jenison’s Piano Instructors teach different styles ranging from classical to popular music. Our teachers are pleased to help you become the pianist that you want to be, whether that be from popular sheet music or a classical sonatina. The faculty at Jenison supports our students by improving their sight-reading, technique, and theory. Our student’s favorite songs are also incorporated into lessons. In order to practice at home, our piano students need to purchase an acoustic piano or simple, full-sized electronic keyboard (preferably weighted keys).

Do I Need to Purchase a Piano to Learn the Instrument?
In order to practice from home, you will need a piano or a full size keyboard. West Michigan Piano offers all Academy of Music students a discount on new or used pianos. Our Jenison piano instructors are available for any questions concerning the purchase of an instrument. Feel free to also talk to any of our office staff.

Our academy is conveniently located at 7647 Riverview Dr in the heart of Jenison (Get Directions). We currently provide lessons to students from all over the Greater Jenison area.
How Much Do Lessons Cost?
The cost of a lesson is $32.50 / 30 minutes. Jenison Academy of Music is very proud to offer this unique type of instruction for this great value. The academy is open six days a week and offers lessons once a week at the same time every week.
